Leon “Rocky” Edwards 18 and 3, 29, 6’2″ vs Nate Diaz 20 and 12, 35, 6′

The first five round non title fight co-main event that the UFC have ever done. There’s a quiz question.

Does five rounds really favour Dias? I know that he is an endurance athlete. He has had some wars and Leon is 6 years younger with less miles on his clock. Edward regularly goes the distance I have not seen him fade.

I am supporting the home team and know that is dangerous, but I don’t see the Stockton slap getting the better of the Rocky.

There is a blueprint to follow. RDS and the second McGregor fight. Nate is heavy on his lead leg and Edward can chop away at that for five rounds. Anything other than a Rocky win and “I’ll be surprised mother fudger”!
